Sun-Shade Grass Mix - 25# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - For shady areas
 - Adapts to many soil types and moisture environments
 - Used in new lawns or to recondition old lawns
 - Establishment Rate - Germinates in 14-21 days (under normal growing conditions).  
 - Soil Necessities - Shady Mix adapts very well to damp sites with light, sandy soils.
 - Light Necessities - Will grow in moderate to dense shade.
 - Seeding Rate - 5-7 pounds per 1000 square feet.  175-220 pound per acre.

Mix Contains
40% Creeping Red Fescue
20% Tall Fescue
20% Annual Rye Grass
10% Kentucky Bluegrass
10% Perennial Rye Grass

Sunny Grass Mix - 25# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - A professional grade mix
 - Easy growing, sparkling green and extremely thick
 - Establishment Rate - Germinates in 14-21 days (under normal growing conditions) 
 - Soil Necessities - Requires some moisture and sprouts best on loam to clay soils. This mix is not recommended for very dry or sandy soils
 - Color & Texture - Sparkling green with medium consistency for an extremely thick lawn.
 - Seeding Rate - 5-7 pounds per 1000 square feet.  180-200 pound per acre.

Mix Contains
50% Kentucky Bluegrass
20% Creeping Red Fescue
15% Perennial Rye Grass
15% Annual Rye Grass

Rapid Grow Mix - 25# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - Starts fast and grows quickly
 - Grows equally alike in sun or light shade
 - Requires minimum maintenance 
 - Establishment Rate - Germinates in 7-21 days (under normal growing conditions).  
 - Soil Necessities - Grows best on moderate to damp sites, but will grow with most soil types.
 - Stress Tolerance - Winter hardy.  Tolerates little or no maintenance.
 - Seeding Rate - 4-5 pounds per 1000 square feet.  175-220 pound per acre.

Annual Rye Grass - 50# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - Can be used for overseeding pasture and hay or silage production
 - High in forage quality
 - Tends to be Winter hardy

Perennial Rye Grass - 50# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - Bunch-type, deep rooted and cool season grass
 - Establishes very quickly and grows from 1-2 ft. tall
 - High yielding and high nutritive value
 - Should be cut 4-6 inches before fall freeze
 - Can be frost seeded in early spring
 - Seeding rate of 6-12 pounds/acre in mix & 25-35 pounds/acre straight

Tall Fescue - 50# / CALL FOR PRICING
 - Hardy, sod-forming grass
 - Great for terraces, waterways, roadsides, feed lots and other areas where a coarse, vigorous sod is needed
 - Tolerant to intense animal grazing 
 - Requires minimal maintenance
