Both varieties used in this mix will be selected to be northern hardy and tolerant to the stresses that we're dealt in the Upper Midwest.  Perfect for overseeding your lawns in the spring or fall, this Elite Lawn Mix would be ideal for someone who intensively manages their turf grass

• Plant early spring or late summer
• Plant at 4-6 lbs per 1000 square feet for new seedings
• Plant at 2-3 lbs per 1000 square feet for overseedings
