Georgia Southern Collards are an heirloom variety of collards with large, tender and mild leaves. This variety will have bluish-green leaves and can grow as tall as 36". Georgia Southern Collards can handle a wide variety of growing conditions including poor soil, heat and cold weather. Georgia Southern Collard seeds can be planted as soon as the risk of hard frost has passed.
